Any day of fishing is good! But strawberry you catch pretty good sized fish it's so much fun! On the shore or in a boat! So many thing too try and many fish too catch!! And it's fun too watch the kokanee head down the river around beginning of October!

Strawberry is a Stunning lake with quite a few magnificent fishing spots! You can fish for rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, and salmon! That's right, SALMON. Kokanee Salmon were planted years ago in Strawberry and they are amazing! Not to mention tasty. Combine beauty with amazing fishing and you have one of the best places in Utah!

Strawberry Reservoir is a superb choice for fishing, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends. The mesmerizing scenery holds you spellbound, refusing to let go. The lake is teeming with rainbow and cutthroat trout, making it a highly recommended destination.

The view, especially this summer because of record winter snowfall, is spectacular, the Reservoir full and inviting. The problem: insects.

It was so beautiful, the fish were biting, the weather was amazing. A little snow on the ground here and there. The camp hosts in loop c were super nice and accommodating. We went with out a reservation and they found us a nice spot someone had canceled.

This reservoir is awesome and beautiful. The campgrounds and marina need maintenance. While the lake itself is 5 star, the rest is between 3 and 4 star. The lake is very large and weather changes can be drastic. Be prepared for strong wind, rain, hail, thunder and lightening. Ensure you have life jackets for everyone and exit lake quickly when strong winds exceed your boat and abilities. Many years ago, I had waves coming over the bow of my 14 foot boat. I had to steer directly into the waves or it would have capsized my boat.
